Initial plan and membership framework development with multiple entry points that define clear, accessible ways for institutions, nonprofits, and individuals to join and invest in the work.
Plan Refinement and Development of Materials
Finalization of all plan and membership details and the creation of accompanying materials.
Foundational Stakeholder Discussions
Group and one-on-one conversations take place with key stakeholder groups including: school counselors, curriculum directors, superintendents, community-based organizations, community leaders, employers, education partners, and the broader community.
